Over the course of many years, Traditional Tours has developed a wide range of authentic experiences that will make your travel product unique and give your customers a deeper understanding of the countries they are visiting.
Accommodation at a 3 or 4-star hotel.
7 nights / 8 days on a HB basis.
Day 1: Arrival day, afternoon at your own leisure.
Day 2: Make your own wine, treading grapes with your own feet.
Morning at your own leisure to discover Roses.
In the afternoon, a guided tour to a vineyard in the Alt Empordà region (North Catalonia DO) to find out more about the wine-making process and have the opportunity to make your own wine in the traditional way!
After this activity, you will enjoy a tasting session of 3 wines surrounded by vineyards.
Day 3: Discover a local olive-oil producer and enjoy a tasting session of traditional products.
During the morning, take a guided tour through the olive groves, then enjoy a picnic in the nature and an olive-oil tasting session with local products.
Day 4: 2 hours of Spanish lessons.
Learn some Spanish expressions to feel comfortable ordering a coffee or booking a table at a restaurant. You will enjoy some Spanish lessons for beginners with Traditional Tours!
Day 5: Day at your own leisure.
We offer an optional activity in the town: a visit to La Ciutadella.
The Citadel of Roses is a walled enclosure that protected the town, founded as the Greek colony under the name of Rhode, in the Gulf of Roses.
Enjoy an afternoon sunset walk along the promenade.
Day 6: Flamenco lessons + flamenco show.
Flamenco is an art that combines singing, percussion and dance.
In the morning, you will have flamenco lessons to introduce you to this art and understand the basic movements.
In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional flamenco show.
Day 7: Cooking demonstration
Today, we will watch a cooking demonstration to learn and participate in the process of cooking one the most famous Spanish dishes, the Paella. Once we have cooked this culinary delight, we will sit down and enjoy it.
